Beyond Geopolitics: Emerging Security Challenges in the Indo-Pacific

This talk examines impacts and changes within the Indo-Pacific region and how these developments may affect various nations. Joanne Ou brings nearly 30 years of experience in Taiwan's foreign service, including roles as Spokesperson of Taiwan's Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Director-General of its Public Diplomacy Council (2019–2023), as well as positions at the UN and in diplomatic affairs.
